Round table is commonly used as a dining table for banquet event. Our event round table for rent is made of plywood table top with separated foldable steel legs structure. The guests are to be seated around the perimeter of the table. This arrangement allows the guests to reach their favorite dish easily and none of the guests will be left out from an interesting topic discussion on the table. In terms of overall dining event set up, a round table is somehow advantageous than a lengthy oblong table setup. This is due to it’s circular shape allows your guests to mingle around easily. We offered 5 different sizes (in diameter) of round table for rental, which are 4ft, 5ft, 6ft, 7ft and 8ft.

A 4ft or 5ft round table is generally used for normal banquet catering services or buffet sessions. While 6ft, 7ft and 8ft round table are mostly arranged for VIPs or main table for wedding couples. A larger sized main table coupled with a nicely decorated centerpiece is able to create a wonderful focal point for your event. This is where all your guests eyeballs gathered, your toasting ceremony must be memorable.

(1) Half-Length Cloth

If you are planning for a small party with limited budget, feel free to look into our round table half-length cloth collection. This collection has a wide range of color options and the set up for the cloth is as easy as a pie. It does not require any skills or experience to put it on, even a 12 years old kid can help you set-up the cloth. As you might notice in the picture, it does not fully cover the table until the ground, but it is still polite and proper for normal event usages. If you are not holding any VIP guests, then a round table with half-length cloth options will be just fine.

Damask cloth is definitely a good choice for any glamour event.

(4) Skirting Cloth

Our skirting cloths are sewed in professional length that are able to cover the table leg completely and yet not too long until it excessively touching the floor. There are 2 parts when it comes to round table rental with skirting cloth. One is the top table cloth and another one is the side skirting. You may choose the same top table cloth color to match the skirting color. Or you may also choose different color for both of them, which we called a dual color skirting. A top table cloth can be set either inside or outside of the skirting cloth. If you can’t find suitable skirting cloth color for your event, kindly contact our customer service to pre-order the skirting cloth. (Note: Extra charges applied for customized skirting cloth color.)

Rent some matching chairs for the round table from our chair collection too! We rent plastic chairs, banquet chairs, chiavari chairs, folding chairs and armchairs that are suitable for the round table. All the chairs stated are flexible to decorate it with covers and ribbons. There is also a high chance that you might need some banquet tables for your buffet line or some cocktail tables before the event started.
