How many canopy or tent do I need?
Answer : It basically depends on event requirement and site availability. Consultant maybe needed for first-time event planner. 20×20 canopy can fit around 40 people,15mx5m marquee tent  can fit around 100 people.

Why should I made my booking earlier?
Answer : One month time or more upfront booking help you to secure your rental especially during peak seasons such as National Celebration & New Year.

Is my event rental period and duration affect overall pricing?
Answer : Yes. Rental pricing decreases with increasing duration.

Why should I lets you know my event details?
Answer : It helps us to understand and give you a special customized rental plan. A good fit for your event.

Would my privacy been exposed?
Answer : No. All customers’ privacy and contact will be protected & classified.

How do I make use the full potential of my budget?
Answer : Clearly & instantly let us know your event budget and your expectations. We will guide you through comparing different rental items, plan and discuss closely with you to get a best offer within your budget.

LOCATION:-

Is location important for canopy rental?
Answer : Having a event at suitable location help you to save up more.

What if I’m having events at housing & residential area?
Answer : Home events may need larger space for installation. A reference of real site situation such as photos may needed for planning purposes and safety consideration.

Do I need to get the permits for the location to install the canopy?
Answer : Yes,if the area is not your own asset.

INSTALLATION:-

How long does installation & removal of canopy & tent takes?
Answer : Time frame for canopy is 1 day before and after event while for large tents installation is 1-3 days & depends.

Can I set a specify time to install and remove for my rental items?
Answer : Yes, but please arrange with us in between office hour or else there will be extra overtime charges.

PAYMENT:-

When I need to make the payment?
Answer : After the order is confirmed, half of the amount need to be deposited and the rest need to be paid upon installation. Only cash or Cheque is accepted.

What happens if I want to cancel my rental reservation?
Answer : You must cancel the reservation 1 month before the installation date or else the deposit will not be refunded.

Do I need to pay if a rental item gets damaged or lost?
Answer : Definitely yes, it is your duty to keep the item safe after we rent it to you.
